Information we collect

• Partnership inquiries: name, school or district, role, email, and your message.
• Family interest list: name, email, and student’s grade level.
• We do not create student accounts or collect student records through this website.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, send the Partnership Packet, and contact interest-list families when cohorts open. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.

Cookies and analytics

We may use basic analytics to count visits and understand which pages help visitors. Analytics data is aggregate and is not used to identify you.

Children’s privacy

This website is directed to adults: educators, guardians, and partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Student information within the program itself is handled under written agreements with partner schools and FERPA-respecting practices, not through this website.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and interest-list information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Email info@sembrandoflores.org to review, update, or delete your information.

Changes

We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
