These are the programs we bring to academic institutions. Each one stands on its own, and together they carry a student from a first look at the health professions to leading a workshop of their own. Schools choose what fits their students.

SEED · INTRODUCTION
Discover
Students meet the health professions and begin to picture themselves in them. Simple, straightforward, and nothing complicated.

- Pre-module: a short video that introduces the career before class.
- In class: hands-on activities where students try the work with their own hands.
- The takeaway: a first, real look at a health career, no prior experience needed.
Format: one workshop at a time, in the classroom. Open to a whole class.

Explore
Students go deeper, and the learning follows them home to the adults who are there.

- At home first: pre-modules students complete on their own.
- At school: a hands-on activity that builds on the module.
- Back at home: a closing activity done with the adult at home.
Format: module, then classroom workshop, then a take-home activity with the family.

BRANCH · COMMUNITY PROJECT

Same rhythm as Explore, with one difference: students turn what they are learning into community health work.

- The rhythm: pre-modules at home, activity at school, activity at home.
- The work: students collaborate all year on a community health project.
- The finish: a small presentation for their community by the end of the school year.
Format: across the school year, closing with an in-person community presentation.

FLOWER · STUDENT LED
Lead
Students stop attending workshops and start building them. This is where they bloom into leaders.
See how it works
Recommended after students have completed at least one of the other programs.
- In groups of three: students choose a health career and research it the way we do.
- All year: they build the workshop themselves, start to finish.
- Second semester: they teach it, first to their peers and then to their community.
Format: across the school year, taught by the students themselves in the second semester.

Each program runs across a school year, but schools and community partners can also choose exactly which workshops they want. Right now you can book a single workshop, a single activity, a bundle of activities, or a one-year cohort of any of the four programs. We build it around what your students need and what your calendar allows.

Virtual reality will add to this, not replace it.
COMING SOON, NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT
Our virtual reality campus is still in development and is not available at the moment. When it opens, schools will be able to mix it with these in-person workshops. Nothing here gets traded away for a headset. You keep the hands-on program and use virtual reality where it adds reach, like a community event a family can join without traveling.

We do not plant and leave.
Our goal is not to visit a community once and disappear. We stay connected and keep collaborating with your school so the program works as well as it can. And this was never only about the students. It is about the community around them, and the domino effect that keeps the learning moving.

🪴 GARDENER · AFTER GRADUATION
Return: the students come back.
Return is not a fifth program. It is what happens after high school. Graduates come back as gardeners to teach, to mentor, and to plant the next generation of students at the school they came from.
We give them that opportunity: to volunteer, to lead workshops at their own school, and to keep the chain moving. And for the alumni who carry the program forward with us, we provide scholarship and support opportunities in return.
