Welcome to Sembrando Flores

Sembrando Flores is a free, four-year mentorship pipeline designed to grow the next generation of health leaders from medically underserved communities. We pair high school students with real-world health professionals, guide them through discovery, exploration, application, and leadership, and walk beside them as they build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to pursue health careers and return home to serve.

Our goal is simple: plant seeds of possibility in communities where healthcare is hardest to reach, then nurture those seeds into professionals who come back to serve their neighbors. We believe that when students see themselves reflected in the health workforce, everything changes.
